MONA VASVARI is a contemporary ready-to-wear fashion label hailing from Romania, established in 2019 by its eponymous designer. Through her experiences, Mona has developed a strong understanding of high-end fashion and a good eye for details and quality. With a (BA) in Fashion Design Technology Womenswear at London College of Fashion and studio experiences for international brands such as Mary Katrantzou, Peter Pilotto and Ralph & Russo, Mona gets inspired by human behaviour, cultural identities and geometry. Distinctly graphic and contemporary, each piece of garment delivers uniqueness, innovation and creativity.

Minimalist and technical, the aesthetic of the brand is defined by Mona`s juxtaposing design and focus on detail, with an emphasis on construction and an eclectic use of custom-developed printed fabrics. With a subtle touch of sophistication and strong consciousness of the body form, each collection explores a new and fresh understanding of shape. By exploring fabrics, playing with garment construction and examining new shapes, Mona aims to deliver a distinctive and modern expression of fashion.
