How do I return an item?
Our policy lasts 14 days. Therefore, any unwanted items from monavasvari.com can be returned within 14 days from receipt of goods. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please bear in mind that in this case you are fully responsible of the shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection, depending on the case, of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days. In case your item does not meet the return requirements, we will notify you by email and the products will be sent back to you at your own expense.

2. Items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received them.
3. All the original tags must be attached to the product.
4. The return form must be completed and send to us along with the unwanted items.
5. All returns must be packed securely and sent in the original box.
If you are shipping an item over 500RON, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders. In case you change your mind, you will have to return your order and ask for a refund.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection, depending on the case, of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card on the next working day.
If your returns has been approved but you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
