Exchange & Return Policy

 

RETURN

You may return any unwanted items from monavasvari.com within 14 days from receipt of goods. Any returned items must be sent back to us at your own cost, in their original condition and with the original tags attached. Items will be inspected upon arrival and returned to the sender if they do not meet these requirements.

To return your item purchased from monavasvari.com please do the following:

• Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags attached and in their original packaging
• Complete the return form and place it in the package together with the unwanted item(s)
• Contact the courier at your choice to pick up the package. You are fully responsible for the return shipping cost and you will have to pay upfront and at your own expense

We will process your return and issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that it may take several days before the money shows in your account - the processing time for refunds depends solely on the bank’s policies and we have no control over the speed of receipt. 

Please note that if your return does not meet the condition listed above, we will not be able to issue the refund to you and the package will be sent back to you at your own expense.

All items must be returned via courier.
